Refund policy

Have you received your order but changed your mind? No problem, we offer either an exchange or a refund. N.B the return costs will be at your expense (for mainland France, the cost of a letter with tracking is approximately € 2.5).



For an exchange:

Send an e-mail to contact@solros.fr so that we can discuss with you your preferences (and thus settle the price differences between the return and the new product).


Frank your return with a tracking service and tell us the deposit and the package code. As soon as it is received, we will send you the new chosen product.



For a refund:

Send an email to contact@solros.fr so that we can discuss your refund request with you.


Frank your return with a tracking service and tell us the deposit and the package code. As soon as it is received, we will refund your purchase (the refund times depend on the payment method initially used).
